Experience Summary

I have experience across IT support, operational analysis, and risk and compliance roles. I started my career in IT as a Service Desk Agent and Field Support Engineer, where I supported users, troubleshot systems, and worked with technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, and networking. I later transitioned into analytical roles, and I am currently a Risk and Compliance Analyst, where I analyse operational data, support process improvements, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective system usage.
